The apartment is on the ground floor and uses its own garden of about 100 m2 with garden furniture. Guests can use the barbecue. The apartment is newly renovated in a modern style. The 13 m2 bedroom has a double bed, the other 12 m2 bedroom has two single beds. Extra bed is possible in the living room in the sofa bed. The bedroom with two beds opens onto a terrace of 20 m2, and the second terrace of 8 m2 emerges from the living room. The living room is 16 m2 in size and has a seating area, a table with 5 dining chairs, satellite TV and free WI-FI. The living room is connected to a modern kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine. Das 16 m² große Wohnzimmer bietet eine Sitzecke, einen Tisch mit 5 Stühlen, Sat-TV und kostenloses WLAN. An das Wohnzimmer schließt sich eine moderne Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine an. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, die kühlt (und die meisten Apartments heizt). Die Küche ist 5 m² groß. Das 6 m² große Badezimmer ist mit Waschbecken, Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine, und die Gäste können einen Haartrockner nutzen. Parkplätze stehen auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.
